Laura Smail

Laura returned to Jones Nickolds as a Legal Director in 2023 having previously been a partner at the firm, where she worked from 2011-2022.  Laura now works part time and runs her own small caseload.  

Laura qualified in 2005 and has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of family law including financial arrangements and complex children work.  She has handled cases from the most modest to those of great complexity involving substantial assets.  Her approach is pragmatic, focused and effective.  She develops excellent relationships with her clients.
