Currently recruiting for a full time office clerk

We are looking for an office clerk to work in our busy team to support five partners/nine assistant solicitors. We are a niche family firm and work on a range of financial cases from modest to high net worth. We also have a significant amount of private children work.  The role will be based in either our Beckenham or Chislehurst office.

Tasks to include:

  • Filing and keeping files in good order
  • Photocopying documents and correspondence
  • Preparing bundles for court hearings and for Counsel as directed by a fee earner
  • Responsibility for post/DX
  • General office admin as and when necessary
  • Court runs
  • Further tasks as directed by fee earners in the practice as required for the smooth running of the firm.

No experience necessary, full training provided.
